Job Summary
specialist who can support the Level 2 VMS Support. Basically, we are looking for candidate with Fieldglass VMS Knowledge and capable of resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
1. Providing technical support for the Fieldglass VMS platform, addressing user inquiries and issues promptly.
 
2. Troubleshooting system errors, performance issues, and data discrepancies.
 
3. Collaborating with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalated technical issues.
 
4. Performing system configuration changes and enhancements as needed.
 
5. Conducting regular system maintenance activities, including upgrades and patches.
 
6. Developing and maintaining documentation related to system processes and procedures.
 
7. Participating in testing and validation of system updates and new features.
 
8. Assisting in user training and onboarding activities.

Key Requirements

Min 2-4 years of experience with Fieldglass VMS required.
