NES Fircroft is currently looking to hire a Contractor Liaison to join our Bonnyville office. The Contractor Liaison will play a critical role in the development/management of the Contractor experience within NES Fircroft – acting as a focal point for all contractor queries and issues. It is anticipated that there will be considerable interface with Divisional Managers across the US to support the management of contractors on assignment, alongside other functional managers within the business. The key purpose of the role is the management of the contractor population engaged.
- Supporting Contractors: Be the primary contact for assigned contractors, offering support, advice, and management throughout their assignments.
- Regular Check-ins: Conduct regular check-in calls, ensuring compliance with the 30-day check-in requirement.
- Offboarding Assistance: Oversee contractor offboarding, helping with new assignment placements or connecting them to relevant resources.
- Recruitment Report Management: Take ownership of managing the Recruitment Report.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal support teams (Sales, Payroll, Benefits, OAS, Travel) to ensure contractors receive comprehensive support and information.
- NPS Review: Review contractor Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to identify Promoters, Passives, and Detractors, addressing issues and enhancing satisfaction. Ensure NPS follow-up is completed in Bullhorn within 7 days.
- Project Participation: Participate in projects assigned by the manager, contributing to the continuous improvement of contractor management processes.
