Join our team as a Contractor Liaison Specialist and be the principal contact for all contractors, managing their assignments from start to finish. What You’ll Be Doing 🚀
End-to-End Contractor Support: Provide professional and efficient support throughout the entire lifecycle of contractor placements, from onboarding to off-boarding.
Build Relationships: Network and develop strong relationships with candidates, ensuring effective communication and rapport during the onboarding process and throughout their assignments.
Issue Management: Address and resolve contractor issues, escalating to Senior Management when necessary, while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and implement solutions that add value.
Policy Awareness: Stay informed about business policies and procedures, highlighting any breaches or concerns to Senior Management.
Collaborative Communication: Work closely with other support teams, including Sales, Payroll, and Benefits, to ensure cohesive and efficient communication with contractors.
Senior Management Interface: Interface with the VP for Americas and other senior management, escalating key matters that affect day-to-day operations to the appropriate Manager and Operations Director.
Regional Support: Collaborate with regional Assignment Support teams to ensure timely and appropriate onboarding of contractors.
What We’re Looking For 👀
Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or Contractor Liaison role.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, particularly Shale or Onshore.
Confident Personality: Outgoing and confident, with a proven track record in customer service or candidate management.
Team Player: Ability to take initiative and work autonomously, while also being a collaborative team player.
Communication Skills: Articulate with strong external presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Confidentiality: Ability to manage confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
Policy Compliance: Awareness of, adherence to, and willingness to escalate breaches of policies and procedures.
Informed Decision-Making: Proactively seek out information to make informed decisions.
