Role objective: Provide effective support for Regulatory Risk Due Diligence.
Key Responsibilities
The main duties will be:
- An individual contributor within a team with a pre-determined focused scope of work
- You will primarily support the Contractor Engagement team in maintaining an effective control framework and ensuring compliance with all relevant external laws and regulations, internal procedures and policies, and good market practices.
- Perform employment and tax status assessments.
- Identify and rectify the non-compliance in accordance with Agency Workers Regulations
- Stay informed of important regulatory changes, ensure proactive communication with business, and develop appropriate policies and frameworks to address changes.
- Understand functional risks within your functional area and monitor accordingly.
- Collate, process, and reformat data and documentation relating to Commercial Compliance and Risk.
- Undertake other duties commensurate with the position to ensure the smooth operation of NES’ high commercial compliance standards.

Essential Criteria
- Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years PQE or similar experience.
- Working knowledge of Excel (especially conditional formatting and data validation features), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience administering defined compliance criteria and key activities within a demanding environment.
- Experience in accurately and consistently documenting and filing written and verbal information.
- Proven ability to make informed judgements on collated data for action and improvement.
- Experience gathering data from multiple systems and sources.
Desirable Criteria
- Conversant with database systems (e.g. SharePoint, Navision or similar).
- Conversant with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Onboarding systems (e.g. Bullhorn or Bullhorn Back Office).
- Previous compliance and risk administration experience.
