Contractor Engagement Consultant

NES Fircroft is a globally leading workforce solutions provider to the energy, engineering, and infrastructure industries. We're currently looking for a Contractor Engagement Consultant to join our high performing & well-established Singapore office! 

As a Contractor Engagement Consultant, you will be ensuring the highest level of service satisfaction is experienced by our contractor population! You'll be building & managing relationships with our contractors & working closely with our Recruiters & Assignment Support team. 

Key responsibilities:

• Draft accurate contract amendments and end-of-assignment letters using the correct templates.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and sales teams to ensure comprehensive contractor offboarding
• Act as the primary contact for contractors, handling payroll, insurance, travel, expenses, and contract issues from start to finish.
• Maintain proactive engagement with contractors throughout their assignment period.
• Meet targets for Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey scores and response rates.
• Address concerns raised by detractors in NPS surveys effectively.
• Uphold NES Fircroft's code of conduct and HSE policy at all times.

You'll be a great fit if you have;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Prior experience in human resources of recruitment preferable.
