About the Role: Ensuring that the Second Tier Suppliers in MSP Program and outside MSP comply with Client’s Contractor Onboarding Requirements and is recorded and audited to a high level of detail and accuracy.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • External Audits: Undertake external audit of Suppliers’ activities against defined criteria – principally, but not limited to, auditing compliance with Contractor Onboarding requirements (statutory, payroll, and contractual requirements).
  • Non-Compliance Resolution: Work to resolve non-compliant placements, suggest and undertake corrective actions, by liaising with MSP Legal Team, Suppliers, Supply Chain Manager, and Project Management Office.
  • Follow-Up Audits: Track completion of corrective actions and conduct follow-up audits.
  • Process Improvement: Collate and report on suggestions for improvements to processes, documents, and approaches that will prevent non-compliant placements.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with the global teams and stakeholders across and outside the business.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases relating to compliance, including, but not limited to, Smartsheet, supplier management application, onboarding checklists, expired documents, etc.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake other duties commensurate with the position to ensure the smooth operation of temporary contractor onboarding under MSP and 2nd Tier Supplier Programs in a compliant fashion.
  • Delegated Responsibilities: Additional responsibilities as delegated in line with company needs.

  • Analytical Skills: Gathers information from multiple sources, analyses, and critiques it before making an informed recommendation to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Judgement Application: Applies own judgement and criteria to adapt previous recommendations or experience in the light of the current circumstance.

Essential Criteria
  • International Employment and Legal Concepts: Ability to understand international employment and legal concepts.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong, clear, and confident telephone/videocall manner.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail.
  • Process Learning: Experience in quickly learning new processes, and strong ability to follow them consistently.
  • Documentation Skills: Proven ability to accurately and consistently document and file written and verbal information.
  • Independent Work: The ability to work well independently while understanding when to refer to other team members, many of whom are based in different countries.
  • Professional Background: Law, Audit, or HR professional.

Desirable Criteria
  • Database Systems: Conversant with database systems (e.g., SharePoint or similar).
  • CRM and Onboarding Systems: Conversant with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and onboarding systems (e.g., Bullhorn or Bullhorn Back Office).
  • Smartsheet: Conversant with Smartsheet.
  • Compliance and Audit Experience: Previous compliance and audit experience.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or similar experience.
