We are looking for Commercial Compliance Associate to join our Bangalore office!
The roles & responsibilities include:
- Identifying, documenting, and communicating to internal stakeholders the client contract specific requirements from post-execution client contracts in your allocated region (principally concerning, but not limited to, contractor,pre-engagement screening & onboarding), and ensure these are followed internally.
- Ensuring that the contractor contract templates used by Assignment Support Teams are in line with client terms.
- Supporting colleagues who carry out internal audits of business activities against defined criteria (principally concerning, but not limited to, compliance with contractor pre-engagement screening & onboarding requirements).
- Maintaining accurate and up to date databases relating to commercial compliance.
- Following all established commercial compliance procedures.
- Undertaking other duties commensurate with the position to ensure the smooth operation of NES Fircroft’s high commercial compliance standards.
Skill set that we are looking for:
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with a strong, clear, and confident telephone and videocall manner.
- Ability to write clearly and simplistically (essentially, this is in order to ‘translate’ information from a client contract into plain English for non-lawyers).
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Experience in quickly learning new processes, and [strong] ability to follow them consistently.
- Experience in accurately and consistently documenting and filing written and verbal information.
- Experience working with substantial documents (e.g., contracts).
Here is what will make you successful in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree (law preferred) or similar experience.
- Law degree or has passed a Contract Management course or shows similar competency.
- Previous contractual compliance / contract management experience.
- Minimum 1 [2] years’ experience working in a corporate / in-house environment.
- Experience reading contracts and identifying client requirements.
