Our Shanghai office is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager/Executive to support the expansion of a robust solution to the current challenging recruitment market in the Life Science sector. 

You'll be a great fit if:

• You can establish and build key strategic client relationships through meetings and presentations, whilst identifying and progressing client leads
• You have experience in solutions selling
• You can maximize business lead generation and implement and manage an effective follow up structure
• You enjoy using creative problem solving and successfully executing tasks to enhance the customer experience

To be considered you need:

• Experience in a business development or sales-based role
• Manpower Supply / Recruitment OR Professional Services experience is an advantage
• Ability to understand businesses and their drivers
• Proven track record in building solid pipelines and securing new business 
• The ability to work independently, problem solve and be creative
• Great communication skills both written and verbal
