NES Fircroft is currently looking to hire a Business Development Manager to be based out of Houston with a focus on Major Projects with an emphasis on LNG in the Gulf Coast. Expectation to travel to client offices and project sites, 50% travel.
The role of the Business Development Manager involves the formation and execution of a business development strategy for the Gulf Coast to build our contract and managed solutions business lines within the Major Projects. The role is also responsible for engaging client contacts and key contractors to identify and win business, thus personally impacting revenue growth. Supporting activities will include, but not be limited to, interfacing with project managers, operations, and recruitment managers to align service delivery, marketing, and event coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Identifying Client Leads: Dive into major projects to uncover potential clients.
Building Relationships: Forge strong connections and qualify opportunities for NES Fircroft. Collaborate with regional teams for engaging sales pitches and tender responses.
Driving BD Behaviors: Promote best practices in business development, train recruitment teams to boost lead generation and opportunities.
Leading Strategic BD Activities: Spearhead strategic business development initiatives, report on market trends, and identify opportunities to expand our brand and services.
Assisting with BD Initiatives: Support business development efforts as we explore new territories for NES Fircroft.
Supporting Recruitment Teams: Help transition relationships into successful service delivery and account management operations.
Networking with Contractors: Connect with NES Fircroft's current US contractors to generate qualified leads and ensure they feel supported and valued.
What We’re Looking For :
Industry Experience: Got a background in Recruitment or Engineering & Field Services? Even better if you’ve spent 5+ years in Energy, it’s not a dealbreaker!
Commercial Savvy: Show off your skills in bids and tenders, proposals, and pricing. Your commercial acumen is top-notch.
Outgoing Personality: You’re a people person with a knack for building and nurturing client relationships.
Organizational Whiz: Smart, methodical, and able to juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything prioritized.
Team Player: You thrive in a team but can also take the reins and work independently when needed.
