What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and approach new business opportunities within the Construction & Infrastructure sectors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate meaningful partnerships with clients and contractors to drive long-term success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with regional teams to deliver compelling sales pitches and respond to tenders effectively.
  • Territorial Growth: Contribute to the strategic expansion of NES Fircroft’s footprint across new markets.
  • Contractor Engagement: Build rapport with contractors to ensure satisfaction and uncover new business leads.
  • Team Enablement: Mentor recruitment teams to enhance their business development capabilities and lead generation efforts.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and provide insights to shape the direction of our EOR service offerings.
  • Client Onboarding & Delivery: Seamlessly transition new clients into operational delivery, ensuring service excellence from day one.

What we’re looking for:

  • Recruitment Experience: Background in a recruitment agency or manpower company is highly desirable.

  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of bids, tenders, pricing, and proposal development.

  • Relationship Builder: Outgoing personality with a proven ability to develop client relationships.

  • Organised & Proactive: Able to manage multiple priorities with a methodical approach.

  • Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.

  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and contribute to business growth.

  • Team Player: Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
