Business Development Manager – Employer of Record (EOR)
Location: Riyadh
NES Fircroft is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Riyadh team with a focus on growing our Employer of Record (EOR) services. This is a unique opportunity to shape business development strategies in the Construction & Infrastructure sector, drive revenue growth, and establish key client relationships.
The Business Development Manager will develop and execute a regional strategy to build our EOR services portfolio. By identifying opportunities, engaging clients, and aligning recruitment efforts, this role plays a crucial part in expanding our brand and driving revenue. The position includes collaborating with regional teams, leading sales pitches, managing tenders, and supporting recruitment operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead generation: Identify potential clients in the Construction & Infrastructure market.
- Client engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and contractors, qualifying opportunities and driving new business.
- Collaboration: Partner with regional teams for sales pitches, tender responses, and business strategy alignment.
- Market expansion: Assist in BD initiatives to enter new territories.
- Networking: Build connections with NES Fircroft contractors, ensuring they are supported and valued while generating qualified leads.
- Training and mentoring: Train recruitment teams to enhance lead generation and opportunities.
- Strategic activities: Lead strategic BD initiatives, reporting on market trends and opportunities to expand our services.
- Account management: Transition client relationships into successful service delivery operations.
What we’re looking for
- Recruitment agency experience: Previous experience in a recruitment agency or manpower company is desirable.
- Commercial acumen: Strong understanding of bids and tenders, proposals, and pricing strategies.
- Interpersonal skills: Outgoing personality with a proven ability to build and develop client relationships.
- Organizational skills: Smart, methodical, and capable of multitasking and prioritizing.
- Communication: Strong external presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Leadership: Ability to lead teams, motivate staff, and contribute to business growth.
- Team player: Capable of working autonomously while maintaining a collaborative approach.
