What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Market Engagement: Proactively identify and connect with clients in the power and renewables sectors across the region.

  • Client Relationship Development: Establish and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and contractors.

  • Strategic Growth Initiatives: Spearhead business development campaigns in collaboration with internal recruitment and marketing teams.

  • Revenue & Solution Delivery: Drive commercial success by offering tailored recruitment and workforce solutions.

  • Territorial Expansion: Contribute to NES Fircroft’s growth by unlocking new markets and client opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Relevant Experience: At least 6 years in business development, recruitment, or sales—preferably within engineering or energy.

  • Sales Excellence: Demonstrated ability to close deals and deliver value-driven client solutions.

  • Business Insight: Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capabilities.

  • Team-Oriented Approach: Ability to work seamlessly across departments and geographies.

  • Regional Flexibility: Willingness to travel and engage with clients throughout the Middle East.

  • Professional Communication: Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
