We're hiring a BI Process Lead, responsible for managing, optimizing, and standardizing the end-to-end processes involved in BI operations. This includes reporting workflows, data governance, compliance, and automation to ensure efficient and accurate data-driven decision-making.

What you'll be doing:
- Define and standardize processes for report development, approval, and publication.
- Ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and reporting workflows.
- Document best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for BI teams.
- Establish BI governance policies for data quality, access control, and security.
- Ensure BI processes comply with GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, and other regulations
- Work with data governance teams to enforce policies across BI tools.
- Act as a bridge between BI developers, data analysts, IT teams, and business users.
- Align business needs with BI reporting capabilities.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to improve BI efficiency and adoption
- Monitor BI report usage, performance, and adoption.
- Identify bottlenecks in the reporting process and implement process improvements.
- Automate repetitive BI tasks using ETL tools, Power Automate, or scripting.
- BI Tools – Power BI, Tableau, Looker
- ETL & Data Integration – SQL, Alteryx, Informatica
- Metadata Management – Collibra, Alation, Microsoft Purview
- Automation – Power Automate, Apache Airflow, ServiceNow
- Process Improvement – Lean Six Sigma, Agile methodologies
- Project Management – Jira, Confluence, Asana
- Documentation & Governance – SharePoint, Notion, Data Catalogs, Smart Sheets
