• Supporting Operations: Oversee contractor onboarding, compliance checks, and assignment documentation to ensure efficient placements.
• Client & Contractor Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for assignment-related queries, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records across systems to guarantee compliance and reporting accuracy.
• Problem Solving: Address challenges promptly with effective solutions, keeping clients and contractors satisfied.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of assignments and services.
