Job Opportunity: Assignment Support Administrator
Location: Bangalore, India
Shift Timing: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM

As an Assignment Support Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing timesheets and expense reports with precision, collaborating closely with contractors and sales teams to resolve discrepancies, and ensuring timely approvals from clients. Your work will directly support accurate payroll processing and drive efficiency in our administrative operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Timesheet and Expense Review: Assess timesheets and expenses for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client-specific checklists.
  • Expense Verification: Cross-check receipts with expense sheets, ensuring accuracy in the final amounts.
  • Issue Resolution: Communicate directly with contractors or sales teams to resolve discrepancies in submitted expenses or timesheets.
  • Payroll Queries: Analyze data to prepare detailed overviews and address payroll-related queries efficiently.
  • Email Management: Process all emails in shared inboxes promptly, responding within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Filing and Approvals: Save expense sheets and receipts as per required filing conventions and seek timely approvals from clients/managers to avoid delays.
  • Timely Payments: Work in alignment with payroll schedules to ensure on-time processing.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline timesheet and expense review processes.
  • Additional Tasks: Support other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
