What You’ll Be Doing 
Timesheet & Expense Review: Assess timesheets and expense reports for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with client-specific checklists.
Receipt Verification: Validate receipts and ensure final expense amounts match submitted documentation.
Issue Resolution: Liaise with contractors and the sales team to resolve discrepancies in submitted documents.
Payroll Query Management: Analyze data to address payroll-related queries and provide clear, data-backed insights.
Inbox Management: Monitor shared inboxes, ensuring all emails are addressed within 24 hours and prioritized by urgency.
Document Filing & Approvals: Save documents as per payroll filing conventions and obtain timely approvals from clients/managers.
Schedule Adherence: Work in sync with the payroll schedule to avoid payment delays.
Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to streamline and enhance the efficiency of timesheet and expense review processes.
Additional Responsibilities: Take on other tasks as assigned by the manager to support team goals.
