Join Our Team as an Assignment Support – Quality Analyst at NES Fircroft!
As an Assignment Support – Quality Analyst will provide support to the entire sales team. They will take ownership of key administrative duties relating to the Bullhorn placement approval process. In addition, they will support the overall team in coordinating concise and timely response to both internal and external information requests
What You’ll Be Doing
- Quality Check: Ensure new placements and change requests are correctly set up for paying contractors and invoicing clients.
- Final Approval: Approve new placements and change requests within 24 hours of receipt, or sooner if it impacts payroll processing.
- Feedback & Support: Provide feedback on rejected placements to the sales team and support them in making necessary corrections.
- Issue Tracking: Monitor any issues and rejections, escalating ongoing issues to management.
- Client Requirements: Be familiar with client requirements for payrolling and invoicing, and check placements against those requirements.
- Reference Forms: Maintain Client Invoicing forms for easy reference and use them when reviewing placements to ensure correct setup.
- Organized: Master multitasker who keeps things on track and on time.
- Proactive: Always looking ahead and solving problems before they arise.
- Detail-Oriented: Sharp eye for accuracy in documents, processes, and communication. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Communicative: Clear, professional, and empathetic in all interactions.
