About the Role: As an Accounts Assistant at NES Fircroft, you'll be integral to our financial operations, handling third-party payroll processes, medical invoicing, and other accounting tasks. Join us to thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to our financial success.

Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Management:
  • Verify and process invoices in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Raise sales invoices for customers and intercompany transactions.
Reconciliation:
  • Perform vendor reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Reconcile expenses to ensure accurate regional recharges and address variances proactively to avoid rejections.
ERP and Journal Entries:
  • Post journal entries and maintain accuracy in the ERP system.
  • Prepare balance sheet schedules and reconcile vendor/customer SOA (Statement of Account).
Reporting Support:
  • Assist accountants with ad hoc reporting and tasks as required.
Other Duties:
  • Take on additional responsibilities aligned with company needs to support the team effectively.

What We’re Looking For:
Qualification:
  • Graduate in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Work Experience:
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting (preferably R2R).
Skills:
  • ERP Expertise: Proficiency in posting purchase and sales invoices and managing journal entries.
  • Excel Wizardry: Advanced skills in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and more.
  • Reconciliation Pro: Experience in vendor/customer SOA reconciliation and financial data accuracy.
  • Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, time management, and excellent verbal & written communication.
Team Player:
  • Strong organizational skills and a collaborative attitude to work seamlessly within a team.
