ABOUT THE ROLE:

“Dive into the world of finance with our dynamic team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for producing cost of sales reports, P&L reporting packs, and balance sheet reporting packs each month end. You will also handle budget/forecasts preparation and intercompany accounts. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Operations Manager and Regional FC, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.”

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Producing P&L reporting packs each month end showing actual results against budget/forecast
• Producing balance sheet reporting packs each month end, showing full reconciliation for every balance sheet nominal code in use
• Preparing budget/forecasts
• Handling intercompany accounts
• Additional responsibilities as delegated in line with company needs

What We’re Looking For :

• +1 years of proven HR operations (Payroll), Account Specialist or MSP (Managed service provider), PMO, Shared services & Contingent Workforce.
• Experience in Fieldglass or any VMS 
• Client and Vendor Management.
• Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in person presentation skills
• Strong follow up skills, motivated to break into new account through continuous effort.
• Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects.
• Excellent project-management and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel)
• Bachelor’s degree / master’s in business
