About the role: As an Account Manager, you’ll take on a pivotal role in managing and expanding key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with high-level solutions and exceptional service. You will lead strategic initiatives, foster strong client partnerships, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive mutual success. Your role demands leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics.
What You’ll Be Doing 💼💻
Building credible relationships with candidates and clients, demonstrating knowledge of the sector and the market conditions that affect and influence roles and rates.
Effective qualification of job role with evidence of sourcing and placing candidates.
Successful co-ordination of mobilization of individuals with smooth issuing of visa and logistic plans as appropriate

Experience in Oil & Gas contracts recruitment is a must.
Making a productive contribution to revenue generation and exceeding minimum standards on activity and results.
