What you’ll do:
- Manage and grow 1-2 key client accounts in the Oilfield Services sector.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and become their trusted recruitment partner.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver top talent.
- Monitor client satisfaction, drive performance, and ensure recruitment KPIs are met.
- Handle contract negotiations and ensure compliance with client terms.
