What You’ll Be Doing
- Client & Contractor Relations – Act as the go-to contact, ensuring smooth communication and resolving any challenges that arise.
- Collaboration & Coordination – Work cross-functionally with multiple internal departments, addressing complex issues alongside the Account Manager.
- Driving Business Growth – Support business development efforts by securing meetings, recognizing new project opportunities, and strengthening client relationships.
- Industry Engagement – Attend networking events to gather valuable industry insights, bringing back key takeaways to enhance business strategies.
- Contractor Support & Compliance – Improve onboarding processes, ensure 100% compliance for all new starters, and build strong relationships with contractors to make NES Fircroft the agency of choice.
- Strategic Client Support – Assist in producing bids, tenders, and proposals while preparing reports on account activity and performance.
- Account Oversight – Partner with the Account Manager for client review meetings, making sure we stay ahead of expectations and deliver excellence.
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing or coordination role.
- Excellent communication skills – you know how to build strong relationships.
- Detail-oriented and organized – you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Outgoing & engaging personality – a natural at networking and connecting with people.
- Determination to succeed – goal-oriented with a drive to achieve results.
- Ability to multi-task – juggling priorities like a pro while producing top-notch outcomes.
