As an Operations Support Coordinator - in the Energy Team, you'll be the go-to liaison between our contractors, clients and the company, handling day-to-day contract queries for onboarded/onboarding contractors. You'll work closely with internal recruiters, finance, and assignment support teams to solve problems, ensure seamless contractor engagement, and identify process improvements. Your mission is to deliver exceptional service, conduct contractor calls via networking with the team, and become a key point of contact for pay or any other general query-related tasks while driving efficiency and innovation within the team.

What You’ll Be Doing 💼💻:

• Contractor Liaison Extraordinaire: You'll be the superhero contractors never knew they needed, swooping in to save the day with answers to all their daily queries. I.e pay, timesheets, insurances, travel, contract extensions. A Cape is optional, but highly recommended.
• Team Collaborator: Work closely with recruiters, clients, partners, finance, assignment support, and payroll to keep the gears turning smoothly. Think of yourself as the oil in the engine, minus the grease stains.
• Process Improvement Pro: Spot inefficiencies like a hawk spots its prey. Then, tackle them with the ferocity of a caffeine-fuelled squirrel. Your mission: make everything better, faster, and more fun!
• Payment Problem Solver: Turn any pay-related grumbles into contented purrs by solving payment issues quickly and efficiently, proving you’re a magician with spreadsheets.
• Culture Ambassador: You’ll be the ambassador of good vibes, spreading positivity and ensuring everyone knows they’re part of the coolest team around—complete with inside jokes and secret handshakes.
• Solution Seeker: With your trusty detective hat on, you’ll sniff out problems and offer solutions before anyone even realizes there's a mystery afoot.
