I was originally attracted to NES Fircroft for its Global footprint and technical industries, however, as spoke to people within the business I quickly realised how passionate they were about the culture and community. Whether that is the KindNES Wins foundation, social events, fun internal competitions – the Manchester office always has a fun vibe. Being part of the TA team means this is something I can get involved in as much as I like, alongside my role of attracting talent across Europe.
