Hi, I am Ina and I work as Global Talent Acquisition manager for an RPO account. I have been in recruitment industry since 2014 and I really enjoy it. I never thought that I will be working as a recruiter, however this is something I am truly passionate about! My current role allows me to have a global exposure and I am absolutely loving it. My life is dedicated to my little boy who is a competitive swimmer and has big dreams and goals, hence that takes over most of my time outside the office. If I am not by the pool, then I really enjoy meeting friends, travelling, reading mystery crime books, or just watching some crime series on Netflix. I have been with NES for a bit over than a month and it has been great. The atmosphere here is friendly and positive. The working environment is great and there is a flexibility in working from home as well which nowadays is a great advantage.
