Belong groups organise activities to increase understanding of each other’s cultures, to generally build rapport, and to engage in charity activities for causes that matter to them.
NES Fircroft has a charity foundation - KindNES Wins. Established in 2022, our Foundation aims to leverage our international scale to make a positive difference in the communities where we operate. Colleagues organise fundraising events and volunteer their time to support charities in their locality. Most recently (and pictured below), our Asia Pacific teams walked 15,000,000 steps - the equivalent of walking from Shanghai to Perth (2 of our offices) to raise money for Good Return.

Being an annual event for LGBTIQA+ awareness, this day is focused on empowering young people of all sexualities to be proud of who they are, and who they might become.
In 2023 our team participated in the #ChooseToChallenge movement where they posed to show their commitment to calling out inequality. From the challenge comes change, so let's all choose to raise our hand high to show that we stand by the commit of driving change this year.
We actively participate in Mental Health day and Are U ok? day. These important initiatives emphasise the significance of mental well-being and open conversations about mental health. By supporting these efforts, we prioritise our team's overall well-being and create a supportive environment where everyone feels valued and understood. Together we raise awareness, reduce stigma, and foster a culture of empathy, ensuring that our team knows they are not alone in their mental health journey.
The NES team participated in World Down's Syndrome Day; we dedicate this day to promoting awareness, understanding, and inclusivity for individuals with Down's Syndrome. By actively supporting this initiative, we demonstrate our commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone's unique abilities are valued and celebrated. We embrace a world where individuals with Down's Syndrome can thrive and shine.
